BAN PROBLEM AND BANMENU PROBLEMS

I believe I have discovered the problem with the server crahsing after someone becomes banned, and the news isnt good. We have TOO many bans, and the source engine dosnt like it, so it crashes. im going to try to figure out how remove our oldest bans and hope they dont return because that seems to be our only chance at getting them in the meantime , Only give temporary bans of like 3 weeks
Just because im nice, ill give that number to you in minutes: 30240
so from now on the command is !ban name 30240 "reason"

p.s. Ill be talking with the ULX mod guys soon to see if we cant work our way around the ban problem, because we do ban alot.
