Clan Raking! (Its been revamped since the old "crew" version)

Alright, Here it is! the new 2008 model clan ranking system! [APPLAUSE] Ive decided that having cpatains with individual crews wasnt the best route to go with the ranks, so im elimitaning the crews. from now on, anyone lower than the rank of captain reports to all captains. (yes, we will be keeping the physical ships. I kinda like those. Come in handy.) the Rank names and positions will stay the same. For example, if you are an ensign now, you will remain an ensign. As of right now, I dont feel its nessisary to post a roster up here, that might change though.
